Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the construction process. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1700$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Monitor progress and quality of work at various stages of construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to on-site personnel
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project duration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
