Job Title: Mason Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons on various construction projects. Your role will involve ensuring that all masonry work is done according to project plans and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons on construction sites
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making necessary adjustments when needed
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Keep track of materials, equipment, and tools used by the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of different types of masonry work, materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents related to the project
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in construction sites
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina for working long hours outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
