Registered Nurse – Ajman, UAE


We are a reputable healthcare facility in Ajman, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license from Pakistan or any African country with minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Benefits:
