Personal Trainer

Our fitness center in Bayan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans, conducting fitness assessments, and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in exercise science, nutrition, and anatomy, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals and abilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current level of fitness
- Provide one-on-one training sessions that focus on proper form and technique
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust their workout plans as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and motivational support
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in personal training or a related field
- Knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and anatomy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Ability to motivate others and provide effective guidance
- National certification in personal training preferred but not required
