We are in search of a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data related to land, construction projects, and other areas for our clients. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and success of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpreting survey data to create maps, plans, and reports for clients
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to determine project requirements
- Providing accurate measurements for land boundaries, elevations, and other features
- Conducting research to identify suitable locations for construction projects
- Analyzing data to identify potential risks or issues with proposed projects
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and preparing reports for clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
