Barista Specialist



We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista Specialist to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Barista Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have regarding our menu or products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
