Contract Baker - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain

We are in need of an experienced Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Experience working with commercial ovens and other baking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Biometric passport preferred (but not required)
- Must be able to provide own accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs by measuring ingredients and mixing according to recipes
- Shape dough into desired forms for baking
- Bake products in ovens according to specified times and temperatures
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icings, toppings, or other decorations
- Maintain clean work area and equipment at all times
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
