Job Title: Executive Chef
We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Dubai, known for our exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and continue to elevate our dining offerings. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create unique menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred
- Creative flair with the ability to create innovative dishes while adhering to brand standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food cost control methods and inventory management techniques
