Office Assistant - Bayan, Kuwait
We are hiring an experienced and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with ease. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible with working hours if needed
