Part-Time Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Part-Time Executive Chef to join our team in Manama. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, menu development, and managing the kitchen staff. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our customers
- Manage and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee food ordering, inventory management, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Maintain high quality standards in food presentation and taste
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menus that cater to different dietary needs
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid work permit/visa for Bahrain
