Junior Accountant

A reputable accounting firm in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent analytical skills. This position will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improvement
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
