Loader Operator


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to load and move materials around construction sites, warehouses, or other locations. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position does not include accommodation, but we offer a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals. As a Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Operating loaders to move materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or other construction materials
- Following safety protocols and procedures while operating the loader
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Inspecting the loader before each use and reporting any malfunctions or issues
- Maintaining the loader in good working condition by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Communicating with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Ensuring that materials are loaded into designated areas or vehicles according to specifications
- Monitoring inventory levels of materials and reporting any shortages or excesses
- Adhering to all company policies and regulations at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or warehouse setting
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Valid operator's license for loaders required by local authorities
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
