Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, and other features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to collect data and create maps and reports. Your role will also involve analyzing survey data, preparing detailed drawings, and communicating with clients to understand project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to collect accurate data
- Create detailed maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data
- Analyze survey results to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying or a similar role
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying is a plus

Location: This is a contract job located in Manama. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
