Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and sales growth for our company in Nizwa. Your main duties will include managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position and preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa in Nizwa. The salary for this role is $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid visa for working in Nizwa
