Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a busy restaurant and a strong understanding of Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Train and manage staff members, including scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting for the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural norms
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month
