Barista for Coffee Shop in Al-Kuwait (Pakistani and Malayalee candidates preferred)


Our coffee shop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, and juices. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Requirements:
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee making techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Biometric passport required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and chairs
- Take orders from customers, process payments, and handle any customer inquiries or issues
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience:
No previous experience is required for this role. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are passionate about coffee making.
