Job Title: Loader Operator

We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Salalah. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials, such as dirt, rocks, sand, and gravel. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, excavators, and forklifts
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other designated areas
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols when operating machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with construction team to coordinate loading/unloading processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Valid loader operator certification (preferred)
- Valid work visa (preferred)
