Indian Sales Manager in Bayan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Conduct market research and identify potential new customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working in Bayan or other English-speaking countries. This is an urgent position, so candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
