Barista - Indian Nationals


We are hiring Indian nationals for the role of Barista in our bustling coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Jeddah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work station and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- No prior experience is required
- Ability to work full-time without any language requirements
- Must be able to live on-site in company-provided accommodation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and prepare hot and cold beverages according to their preferences
- Ensure quality control by following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink recipes or promotions

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 8 hours shifts per day. The working schedule may include weekends and holidays.
