We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the gardens and landscapes of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and is suitable for Indian nationals. You will be offered a salary of 1500$ per month without accommodation. This role is suitable for men who have a passion for gardening and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, weeding, and pruning.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to the clients' preferences.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of garden tools and equipment.
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pest infestations.
- Trim hedges and maintain neat borders around flower beds.
- Work closely with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of all gardening activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs commonly found in Qatar.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens are always well-maintained.
