Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask efficiently. Prior experience working in an office setting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Assisting with special projects or events as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training is a plus
- Proven experience working in an office setting preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Own visa status is preferred
