Waiter - English Speaking (Egyptian) in Hawalli, Kuwait



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an English-speaking waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are properly set up
- Handle payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is not required but is an advantage
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
