Waiter/Waitress for Egyptian Restaurant in Al Ahmadi

We are a popular Egyptian restaurant located in Al Ahmadi and we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to any special requests or needs
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of Egyptian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Must have valid work permit for Kuwait
