Executive Chef in Dar Kulaib

We are a well-established restaurant in Dar Kulaib seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about cooking and has a strong background in creating and executing high-quality dishes. The right candidate will also have excellent leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design seasonal menus that reflect local flavors and ingredients
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients for our menu items
- Manage food inventory, maintain budget, and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices
- Monitor sanitation practices to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
