Art Director for Creative Agency in Medina

As an Art Director at our creative agency in Medina, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team of designers in creating visually stunning and effective campaigns for our clients. We are seeking a talented and driven individual with a passion for design and the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee creative concepts and visual designs for various projects, including print, digital, and social media
- Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to generate innovative ideas
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual concepts align with messaging
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)
