Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profit margins. You must have a passion for the food and beverage industry and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory control, and staffing
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Create schedules for employees to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain financial records, analyze sales data, and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the restaurant, such as scheduling deliveries or managing reservations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Passion for food and beverage industry with a strong knowledge of current trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not required (must be able to obtain work permit)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1300 per month depending on experience.
Location:
This position is located in Salalah. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
