We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maximizing profits. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, and monitoring quality of food and service.
- Train and develop team members to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operations.
- Create schedules for employees to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant by analyzing budgets, sales reports, and other financial data.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of restaurant management software systems such as POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Valid work permit/visa for Salalah.
