Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, perfect for freshers or those looking for own visa jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute emails, memos, letters, and other documents as required
- Assist in creating and maintaining filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and invoicing clients
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
