Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Monitoring inventory levels of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
