Land Surveyor

The city of El-Ain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, mapping land features, and preparing reports and documents related to land surveying. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience with surveying software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish property boundaries, including using GPS equipment and other measurement tools
- Create accurate maps and drawings of surveyed areas
- Prepare reports and documents related to land surveying
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction managers
- Use surveying software to process data and create digital maps
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of GPS equipment and other measurement tools
- Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
