Indian Executive Chef - Seasonal Position in Dubai


We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai for a seasonal position. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing the menu for our restaurant, specializing in Indian cuisine. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for Indian cuisine and the creativity to bring new and exciting flavors to our menu. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the entire kitchen operation, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. You must have a strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques as well as the ability to add your own unique twist to traditional dishes.

This is a seasonal position, which means that it will run for a specific period of time. However, there is potential for this role to become permanent based on performance and availability. As this position is based in Dubai, we prefer candidates who are of Indian nationality or have experience working with Indian cuisine. However, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who have a passion for Indian food.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month plus benefits.
