The Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in Dukhan, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Monitor budget and expenses, identify areas for cost reduction
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on company performance and future projections
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Plan and oversee office maintenance, supplies procurement and equipment upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1800$ per month. Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The candidate must be an Indian national with the ability to work legally in Dukhan. This is not a remote position; accommodation will not be provided by the company.
