Entry-Level Industrial Engineer in Ar-Ruwais, India

As an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with other engineers and team members to improve efficiency and productivity in our Ar-Ruwais facility. Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, including layout, equipment selection, and workflow
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist in implementing new equipment and technologies to improve production processes
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive lean manufacturing practices
- Utilize industrial engineering tools such as process flow charts, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools for data analysis
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
