Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa/work permit for Jeddah
