Office Assistant for English-Speaking Company in Jeddah
We are hiring an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our English-speaking company in Jeddah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth office operations. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with biometric passports who are fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
- Keep track of office expenses and maintain accurate records
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Egyptian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
