Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist

As a Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to clients in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with individuals to assess their dietary needs and create personalized meal plans to help them achieve their health goals. You will also provide support and guidance to clients as they make changes to their eating habits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans based on clients' health needs and goals
- Provide ongoing nutrition counseling and education to clients, including recommendations for healthy eating habits and behavior changes
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans based on changes in their health or dietary needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and guidelines in order to provide evidence-based recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations and progress notes
- Participate in community outreach programs related to nutrition education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist, preferably in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex nutrition information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, as well as common medical conditions that can be managed through diet (such as diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Experience working with diverse populations is preferred
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
