Plumber Supervisor (Khasab)

As a Plumber Supervisor in Khasab, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled plumbers and managing plumbing projects for residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve planning, coordinating and supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers to ensure efficient and timely completion of plumbing projects
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for plumbers based on project priorities
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance and training to new or junior plumbers
- Oversee inventory of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met
- Keep updated records of project timelines, expenses, and completion status

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a plumber in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, materials, methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
