Restaurant Manager for English Speaking Seasonal Job in Bayan

As a Restaurant Manager for our seasonal establishment in Bayan, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This is an English speaking job, with a preference for Indian and Egyptian candidates.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant by managing staff, monitoring inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Hiring, training and scheduling staff
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints
- Handling financial transactions and maintaining records
- Collaborating with the chef to create new menu items and specials

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a seasonal setting. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A working knowledge of English is required for this position.

As this is a seasonal job, accommodation will not be provided. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
