We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Muharraq. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute menus for special events
- Train and supervise assistant bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional baker
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready on time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in baking is preferred.

Work Environment:
Our bakery operates during regular business hours, but the baker may be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on business needs. The work environment can be hot due to ovens and equipment. The baker must adhere to strict food safety guidelines at all times.
