We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field
