We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve our company's sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
