Entry Level Administrator


As an Entry Level Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our team and ensure smooth operations within the company. This is a full-time position based in Nizwa, with a salary of 1000$. We are looking for someone without experience who is eager to learn and grow in this role. Our company provides accommodation for employees and welcomes candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Communicating with other departments within the company
- Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in administration is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
