Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers in the city of Abu Dhabi. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for the company while providing excellent customer service. This job does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian nationals, freshers, and those without prior experience. It is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. You will not be provided with accommodation, so you must have your own housing arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of sales and customer interactions using a CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English proficiency required
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is not necessary but an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any Indian regional language
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers and provide exceptional service
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
