Contract Administrator - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a contract position that requires strong administrative skills and experience in contract management.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contracts, from drafting and reviewing agreements to tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with our legal team and other departments to ensure that all contracts are in line with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract administration or a similar role. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Tracking contract deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Communicating with internal teams to gather necessary information for contracts
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Identifying potential risks or issues in contracts and addressing them promptly
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements
- Managing contract renewals or amendments as needed
- Providing support for any contract-related issues or disputes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of legal terminology and principles is a plus

This is an urgent position that requires someone who can start immediately. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract role. Preference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Egyptian nationals, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
