Waiter/Waitress


We are a busy restaurant located in Al-Khor, seeking an experienced and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service
- Answer any questions or concerns from customers regarding the menu or their orders
- Clean and set up tables for new guests
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in hospitality is preferred)
- Experience with POS systems is an asset
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting trays of food/drinks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
