Administrative Manager
We are in search of an experienced and capable Administrative Manager to oversee our operations in Al-Wakra. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing our administrative staff, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Handle employee complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Experience with budget management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Indian national preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position with the option for part-time work if desired. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Qatar.
