Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily administrative operations of our company. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1800$, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth operation of the company.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor office budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Manage employee schedules, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external inquiries or requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
