Radio Technician

Bayan Radio, a leading radio station in the city of Bayan, is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radio technology and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The salary for this role is $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, and antenna systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Install new equipment and make upgrades as necessary
- Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Stay current with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in radio technology or a related field
- Strong understanding of RF systems, broadcast transmitters, and audio processing equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
