Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to maximize sales and increase brand awareness. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage product inventory levels in stores and warehouses
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Oversee the design and layout of product displays in stores
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, placement, and pricing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month including accommodation.
