Supply Manager

Our company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced Supply Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supplier negotiations. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and cost-effective procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
- Forecast demand and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and pricing
- Continuously evaluate supplier performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Monitor market trends and changes in supply chain practices to adapt strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings
- Familiarity with inventory management software systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Jeddah (Candidates from India preferred)
